1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Pinily, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Using Pinily
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the events you host, the content you post, and your conduct towards other members. Illegal, harmful or abusive behaviour is not tolerated.
3. Pinily+ subscriptions
Pinily+ is an optional paid subscription. It includes a 3-day free trial where indicated. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at CHF 10 / month or CHF 99 / year. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant Pinily a licence to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Liability
Pinily connects people for real-life events. You attend events at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Pinily is not liable for the conduct of members or the outcome of events.
